RegionalTard, your name is very appropriate, at least the last part of it. You make this comparison in a vacuum, and it is a weak argument. Mesa's scope permitted Freedom. When Duane Woreth stated publicly that no regional would fly a 90 seat aircraft he more or less brought about Freedom. Once it was created, Mesa pilots had to focus their efforts on getting scope. Making it more difficult was the CCAir group who initially took steps to decertify ALPA and then reversed course and signed a contract that ALPA (national) refused to sign. To wrap the whole thing up, get scope and capture all MAG flying, they signed the contract. Comair pilots went on strike only to give much of it up in bankruptcy. Mesa pilots did not force you to take concessions, your company's bankruptcy did. If you want to make these arguments at least support it with facts.
