so when he/she has to fire up the cpmputer before going through a gate??????? C'mon who does this...

I heard Riddle has been teaching them to do that.

You know the hairgel exploded all over the laptop inside his backpack, thus redering it destroyed. The pilot ditched it claiming it as stolen and all hell broke loose.

Oh yeah, and his oakleys fell off the top of his head because he couldn't use the hairgel to make the perfect spiked front to balance the sunglasses.

I beat all of you to it. MESA $ucks.
Boooya.

Slow news day I guess....get a life reporters.

Makes no sense to put those codes on your laptop. So if he didn't know a code he'd just go through his laptop looking for it? I don't but I've seen pilots write the codes on their Jepp 10-9 charts.

Why write or store them anywhere? Just wake up the ramp agent sleeping in the cargo compartment and ask for the code.

Great. Now every single pilot's laptop, and therefore suitcase containing the laptop, is now on the list of "to be stolen" items by the bad guys or anyone who think they could make a quick buck by selling it.

Thanks WJLA.

I'm more concerned about another ridiculous TSA knee-jerk policy coming out of this.

I am calling BS on this story...........everyone knows Mesa pilots aren't payed enough to have laptops.

it must have been stolen by ex-aloha/ex-indy pilots. isnt that right soverytired?

Nah. He probably just lost it.

What's the matter?

You don't think it's appropriate to make ignorant and uniformed blanket statements about the behavior and character of thousands of pilots you've never met?

All the "Mesa sucks", "can't wait for them to go under" posers go take a look in the mirror.
