Agreed, Fly, but knowledge of the operations side is important for a leader.

I agree that he is one slick operator. That is how things happen. I grew up in a management family, I know how that side works. I have seen it first hand for my entire life. You can use that to your advantage.
You are also 100% correct. The sooner we pilot are comfortable with the labor title, and not management or anything of the like, the sooner we can actually get some true work done. That is not to say that you should not keep your enemy's closer, to an extent.

Ask the NWA folks what they think of RA. For a group that has had "difficult at best" relations with management, he gets good marks. That should tell you something right there.

As for the corporate takeover. That is business 101. They do it everywhere. Look past the way the mouths are moving and watch their feet and shoulders. That tells you what they are really thinking and doing.

Yep-

This guy is right.....

You should see RA's feet and shoulders flailing all around whilst he is

BLOWING MY DOG!!!!!

Repeating a joke doesn't make it funnier.

Made me laugh a bit the first time..the second was just retarded.

It wasn't very funny to me either...

RA didn't need to blow my dog twice, he just did it because he is such a swell guy.....

-Plus, I think he kinda likes it.
