As much as I love a no furlough clause they really are not worth what we give up in the negotiations. They will furlough if they want to. They will always find a reason that we did not address to do it. Just as TK. I would prefer to keep more of our top end and bottom end flying in house. That alone is job protection. Remember that not just RJ flying is being outsourced. Look at all of the code share flights that we are doing over the pond. At one time we would be the ones performing that flying. Now we just achieve the revenue generation the same way we do to small and medium gauge cities. Through a code share. That is truly our greatest threat. Fix this and you fix our issues of being furloughed.
