Print?
It seems prohibitively expensive to produce an online presence AND a print
edition. I would guess there aren't too many in the dispatch field who
don't own a home computer. You'd be doing twice the work to publish
the same info since web and print medium requires separate formatting.
Just a suggestion ~ go with one medium and run with it.
A web presence would be more timely and you wouldn't be dealing with
ever increasing postal rates.
You might contact a few webmasters for lessons learned and ideas too.
An idea might be to partner with an established presence (AIN?) by
offering to create and maintain a dispatch section. AIN is ONLY a suggestion
since they are a leader in the industry.
