Whether you like the add or not, you have to think that Spirit will be f***ed if they don't change their screwed up business model.
My daughters traveled on Spirit recently, the oldest is 17, and while sitting on the AC waiting to get clearance to DTW she asked for a water. The FA said, "you don't look old enough to have a credit card and waters are $1." After telling the FA she had cash the FA said they don't take cash...wtf over????
First of all, to charge for a friggn' drink is ridiculous and second, what does it say about Spirit if they don't trust their employees enough to even allow them to handle cash....
I'm sorry to say this to all you Spirit folks, but if I were you I'd be applying anywhere else, because no matter what your ticket prices are, people will be fleeing that kinda customer service, and you won't get the customers back....
