I guess you missed the whole point of this thread, we are discussing full service airlines with international service and how they are compared with the top service airlines around the world, as much pride as you might feel, SWA is not really known for their first class international service.

I think our own NRT operation is the best one we have. Those people work very hard and are honored to do their jobs. Could it be a cultural thing? I don't know.

Could be the different contract they have....
