I have no documented proof here but I'm pretty sure that your chances of passing a 121 training program goes up with with your total time (plus currency). I've seen plenty of 1000 hr wonders struggle through training and the 250 wonder wiz struggled more. There always exception like the folks that get crj training during their commercial. Your airline career is done if you fail training, something to think about.
