Let's face it, they are offering just enough to make the average US regional captain/disgruntled major F/O think seriously about it. Not great by any means...but just enough. And that's with the tax free deal, so they can pay less and make it seem like more.
Now with the UAE dirham pegged to the dollar, it would seem pay is only getting worse if you want your salary to end up in Euro, Canadian dollars, or Australian dollars. Anybody know if there is an allowance for that?
