I gotta go with the DC guys here. My family's used 10-30s and 10-40s my entire life. I fly with a pair of 10-40s that have been modified for stereo, has the gel seals, and most important for comfort - Oregon Aero soft top head pad. They have pretty good passive noise reduction, and I can wear them from six to eight hours without them being uncomfortable. My favorite thing about them? Great for listening to music. Nothing is better than flying to music.
