Let's say you had a giant treadmill with an airplane on it

What if the treadmill itself was on a slowly rotating rotisserie. Would that not change the relative wind?
 
Ok...Ok...sorry, Im out of breath...I just got back from the gym and I rushed home to tell you all. I was actually able to test this on a real treradmill and a real CRJ (Dont know what happens with a 737 or ERJ etc)
The results to this question are: The plane ...................................
 
If treadmill was moving at the exact same speed but in the opposite direction of the plane would the wheels actually cease to spin and just drag? Eventually exploding, I assume.
 
If you had a really long treadmill with a meatgrinder behind it it would be really interesting to put all the bankrupt or sleezy airlines management on it and see how fast and long they could run till they fell in the meat grinder...
