I wear a helmet, I wear a survival vest. Do you?

I wear the Lift Aviation AV2.1 helmet with the LightSpeed Zulu H-MOD headset fitted. As it seems like I am often flying over water, I mostly wear a Switlik Survival Products X-Back MOLLE Aviation Life Vest, to which I attach the Garmin InReach Mini 2. The survival kit and medical kit, as required by Transport Canada, are in the extended luggage to keep the W&B back if it is just me in the plane.

I have thought of wearing a survival vest, but I have not really worked out how to make it work with the life vest. I guess I just need to pack a few MOLLE pockets with the bare minimum, then get a normal MOLLE vest I can move the pockets to when I am not flying over water.

This discussion reminds me that I need to find somewhere to do the periodic inspection and test of the life vest.
