anybody have anymore info on Royal Air? What type of "odd hours" (besides night time)? Upgrade time? Good people/maintenance/management?
 
The FBO i worked at i saw Royal guys all the time....you get what you put into it. The pilot group at Royal seemed happier to me then the Cherry guys and for sure more happy then the Ameristar guys. Ive seen that Royal treats there guys good from the c310 pilots all the way up.

BTW- First year pay at a 135 company isnt that bad...remember most get a base pay and then by the mile...i think Cherrys FO's base pay is 18k a year with .055 paid every sm? To me thats not to bad for first year..better then most regionals.
