I am looking for a girl named Noel...and I'd like to get in touch with her again to see if she might help me with my application.
MS Word empowered men so they wouldn't have to ask a chick to do that for them.

Hey look for some of my GYE trips, I really like the trip. Steak dinner and cerveza on me.

Ok, this is getting put on the crack pipe.

Results of the bid are out and there are new hires in training awarded the 777 in EWR. Absolutely amazing. I have less than a year with the airline and have already left the 737 and will complete training on the 757/767 in a week or so and hold the airplane at 65% in EWR. I'll be bidding around 78 percent as soon as I get off IOE and should move up to 65% in the next 9 months. That's a decent line with a mix of domestic and Europe flying, or pure Europe flying as an IRO. My buddy misbid and was awarded 777 fo and will now go through 3 training cycles in 14 months. On a brighter note, he'll have 4 type ratings in 14 months. 100 new captain positions were awarded in EWR alone on the 737. Junior guy was a Feb/2001 hire.

Also consider amazing the Feb 2001 new hire, furloughed in Oct 2001, recalled in 2005, now holds 737 CA spot. Did he even have time for the one year of FO probation? Or does the FO have to fill a probationary report on the CA now.

Hey it's a good trip. Show up at 10:30 PM one leg down and one leg back. Not a bad trip all 800 flying. Plus at 10:30 unless in the normal summer weather mode very few in the terminal. I don't have to run into two many pilots who say "boy were you right and I should have listened to you about contract 2002 and those who negotiated it etc.." I just show up work minimal BS.

Hey, all I know is that there's a free beer and steak for when I go there. That's good enough for me.:D I better jump on this deal before I go to the 777.

I agree completely. That place across the street from the hotel, El something is a good place for a steak. Last time I asked for the T-bone and got a t-bone that must have come from an elephant. Just wish it was worth more than 13 hours and some change for a three day.

I look at it like a two day trip that shows very early. I really had to fight to get this trip back in EWR when it went to IAH in June. I laugh every month when the line and paring synopsis comes out and all they talk about is GYE which comprises only five lines of time out of over 300 total EWR B737 lines. But hey just shows what you can get done if you set your mind to something. To bad I wasn't even remotely as successful with my attempts to recall last MEC and partners in crime (literally) prior to Contract 2002.

Hey for the record here is what I tell every CA senior to me. Very stressful flight. Always leaves late, you need to accomplish magic math to keep the airplane under ramp and take off weight. Always leave bags and Non Revs behind. Never enough fuel always step climbing to the wrong direction of flight altitude. Major weather over Panama every night. Once south of Panama limited options and always landing with fuel I swore I would never land with all while your dodging Volcanic ash abeam your position at top of descent. But hey no problem once you get there, armed escort to and from the hotel. Then I show them a copy of the security report I pulled off of the FLT OPS web site that shows how dangerous, numerous kidnappings and robbery's. Heck it even scared me after reading it and I've been there thirty or forty times.

If you get the trip with me I'll show you a good time, lots of great restaurants not just the one across the street.

Frats,

PS Beats domestic, 300 - 500 flying any day of the week
