[COLOR=BLUE}I have the cheapest computer here. I bought a Dell Latitude (precursor to the inspiron) CPi 266XT on ebay for 400$ last year. It has a 4 gig HDD, CDRom, floppy and the charger, 56K etc.
loaded a fresh copy of win98 and have had no problems since.
You can get a dell latitude 266-400 mHz laptop on ebay for around 400$. It suits me great for surfing the web, etc. You cant watch movies though. no DVD player.[/COLOR]
