That vote you cast could as easily cost you your job... Look at it this way, whatever happens the NJI guys/gals will still be flying. The NJA brothers don't have that luxury.
Even if that doesn't end up being the case at least the NJI guys won't be shopping for another job with "I just STFD" stamped on the resume.
You clearly have more to lose. I'm bett'n the NJI pilots sleep just peachy at night... And why and the world do you think that anyone else gives a squat about your vote ? What exactly has it gotten you so far ? Nada, nothing... That's what.
What most of us rubber-neckers are amazed by is the fact that we all watched you guys flocking to ExecutiveJet convinced that the new wave of corporate aviation was upon you and now here you are... What you failed to realize is that it's nothing more than an elaborate aircraft sales scheme cloaked with a glorifed charter operation.

Did we get turned down by EJA a few years ago? Sounds like smug sour grapes to me.
squonk said:Let me try again big guy.
WG has posted at least three times that he wants us to dump 1108 and sprinkle some pixie dust and things will magically be great here at NJA. If that happens, you will see the frax industry tank. I'm talking specifically QOL issues and pay will never reach any livable standard.
I don't doubt the pilots lose much sleep over us. I'm just saying that it must be tough not being able to control your own fate. That might cause a thought or two.
Let me break it down for you...82%/89%/93%. That is what our vote will get us. The MEC not caving in to every company whim that has come down the pipe. That is what it has gotten us. Every issue the Union has won in the chicken contest. We're betting we win again.
I don't care that you don't give a squat, but due to the frequency of your posts on the frax section, it sure looks like you give two $#!t$.
As for frequency of posts on the Frac board, well I think my use of the term "rubber-necker" best summed it up. Except we're witnessing the entire chain of events up till the car wreck. I guess that's why it's so gripping. It's like the "Dallas" season that JR got shot

STFD - That's great mentality. STFD will help your kids free school lunches. LMAO
squonk said:Hey numbnuts. Go back and read through this thread. Nowhere did anyone mention STFD.
I see where WalMart is putting out Christmas decorations.....the season is nigh.
Watch out for Black Friday also!![]()

According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, there are a vast majority of US workers who, according to the above quote, do not "control" their own fate. As for the 13.8 percent of US workers who were represented by unions in 2004, the question of who is in "control of their fate" is subjective and open to debate.
xpdriver said:The people on this board that bash pilots and the union are NJA MGMT..Don't listen to there sh^&. They are on here because some over paid lawyer told them they could start some rumors and try to knock down the union(NEVER). We are to strong. Get off this board NJA MGMT and go and try to save a company that everyday you guys destroy....
You guys destroy the company by all the slow down actions you take.

Hogprint said:For the record you wasted over $3000 bringing my crew up for a chat that ended with egg on managements face. Could not even squeeze in a letter in my permanent record. I especially loved the look on the big mans face when we had to correct him on his own policy. Nothing like watching a VP try and squirm out of a lie. Nice going ladies.
You're right said:Curious, what was the issue or policy screw up? I would doubt that the VP would bring you to CMH and not even know his own policy.
Hogprint said:You're right...you're wrong. The VP did not bring me up, that was one of his toadies that made that call. He got involved for some reason. In the end all that mattered was I was right, they were wrong. No disciplinary action on my crew. It could have all been handled with a simple $1 telephone call. They chose the hard (and expensive) way. It just shows what kind of leadership we really have here. After reflecting on it, it was just to spread fear. Over three thousand dollars spent in the hopes that I would repeat the story and the next crew would not stand up for themselves.
ps
Don't doubt this VP is out to lunch. He really is a piece of work.
Hogprint said:BS...If you could of taken a hostage it would have happened already. The company would love nothing more than a high profile "I told you so", to kick off the FUD campaign. I'm sure you're talking about the endless BWY 1 arrivals to try and instill fear and intimidation in the work force. It may work on some, but not all. Won't use 'em...yeah right.

Also hostages? Oh cmon. Hoggie, you sound like you are starting to believe your own propoganda.
