Are there any Fracs currently flying King Airs? I don't recall seeing anyone out on the road.

Next question: Why hasn't someone tried to establish a small fractional with this type of airplane?

There is a company based in Texas.... I think it's run like a fractional... All I remember is they had a base in Buffalo, my neck of the woods...

Can't remember their name but they were in ICT FSI when I talked to them

Not sure how valuable this might be, but I'm in and out of KTEB quite a bit. I've seen a King Air operating for Travel Management fly out of Signature every once in awhile. Not certain how many they have, or if this is even a charter/Frac AC.

My only guess is they don't have the speed or altitude of anything like a Piaggio... IMO the reason a Piaggio can come close to the "jetset" crowd is it's performance.... King Airs are definitely a durable a/c, but not real fast, roomy, or high altitude type machines..... And King Air's are relatively expensive, especially new.. May not make financial sense to go with King Air?

Just my guess though
