Thanks for all the replies. My concerns are pretty much the norm. I have flown pax and freight. I have done international and domestic. What I really want (like everyone else):
1. Long term employment (stability)
2. Good pay/benefits/retirement
3. Descent schedule with some flexibility
The rest are just minor details: sims, uniforms, dress code policy in the air, even the age of aircraft (as long as they are undeniably airworthy).

I've been a domestic freight bitch, a "Major" airline (pax) Captain, and now a Connie " Right-Seat-Pitot-Heat Whale Driver ".

So far....I'll take this gig over all the rest.
