You do realize that the trial is not about the fairness of the award, right?

Never mind, I know you don't.

What do you mean. You do realize this isn't a trial about the award at all, don't you? But being a DFR suit you can bet it is indeed about fairness. :D

Wow, Easties are drowning and trying to grab anyone before going under. Silver is just going back to her old bench position.

They stole the west upgrades now they are impatient for a pay raise and feeling stupid that they could have had both and not spent a dime on legal fees.

West upgrades? You have everything you brought. What are you smoking? :)

Parker mortgaged his airline to save yours. Truth hurts. Didn't he pay your salaries before the close of the merger when your airline couldn't? I think so....

Bye Bye---General Lee

You have everything you brought.
Using that logic, you should be stuck with an airline that couldn't make payroll without a merger. If you were the Mighty USAir, what was LOA93 all about? Truth is, your book rates were sacrificed to try and buy your jobs for a few months longer and it almost worked. But not quite. USAPA wasn't born out of spite for ALPA (who has thus far been the sole provider of any additional cash in your pocket for the past 8 years) but out of guilt and shame over the stupid tactics that lead you to the edge of demise.

So you went double or nothing with USAPA! :)

Your displeasure is proof enough! :)

The NIC. is here to stay unless USAPA has a legit LUP...we are still waiting for it.

P.S.- Lee Seeham says thanks for the yacht...
