Once your there Cape Air takes any 135 or 121 pilot.
 
does eagle allow international jump seating?

The U.S. Virgin Islands are U.S. territory -- so I think the international prohibition against CASS pilots on the jumpseat does not apply. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Now, I have no idea if Eagle considers the USVI an international destination, with additional restrictions on non-revving and/or jumpseating.
 
Eagle does not consider US virgin islands as international destinations. You guys are more than welcome to JS with us, just go to the gate and sign up.
