I am going to guess US Air out of CLT would be your best bet....

does eagle allow international jump seating?
The U.S. Virgin Islands are U.S. territory -- so I think the international prohibition against CASS pilots on the jumpseat does not apply. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Now, I have no idea if Eagle considers the USVI an international destination, with additional restrictions on non-revving and/or jumpseating.

Eagle does not consider US virgin islands as international destinations. You guys are more than welcome to JS with us, just go to the gate and sign up.
