Among other charter Airlines, Miami Air is involved with the Kerry campaign. We flew him around in Feb. and I believe he's on the books for the near future. We were also did the Bush-Cheney campaign. Looks like our boss has gone Democrat! :)

Bush does not get a free ride. As someone who worked in the business I can tell you that all campaign trips are paid for from donations. There is always a lot of debate about this. It really just isn't fact. The White House does the scheduling and the Air Force sends them a bill after the flight.

There is now other way to do the mission. The number of people involved in moving the "MAN" is huge and would be even more costly if it was accomplished on civilian aircraft.

By the way Congress changed the scheduling procedures during the Clinton administration to end the abuses that they initiated. Hope this eases your stress level a little, but judging by your post I am sure you don't believe a word I have writtten.
