Dang! A near-perfect job flying a cool plane and my hours and ratings won't cut the cake. Oh, well, one day but not one day soon enough. :)

G-IV

700 hours per/year for the owner PLUS charter? I would say a 3rd pilot would be necessary. That is above average flying for corporate. You probably wouldn't see many days off.

Our Falcon 50EX's fly about 700 hours per year and our Falcon 900EX's fly better than 800 hours....

We have 4 pilots per aircraft and still sometimes run out of guys...

Hmmmmmmmmm

"No offense, but he has 237 hours.. he is still in the "I'll do anything to fly" mode..."

Falcon Captain....No offense but I have almost 4000 hours and I will do anything to fly. Perhaps that's because I have sent out 300 hundred resumes and made a couple of hundred phone calls and still haven't touched the controls since my last flight in a 767.

I am still smiling and dialing and God willing...I will find someone will to take the risk and offer me a chance to once again prove myself....

And let me add this. I might enslave myself short term to feed my family, but I would never compromise my aviation morals when it came to flying unsafe equipment, bending regs or flying fatigued.

Humble
