Frontier starts out at $36k then up to $37,900 after you are signed off. Apparently they are still looking for one.
Considering the turmoil and drama with Republic/Frontier, not sure if jumping into bed as a dispatcher right now would be such a wise move...
If you want to dispatch some fun flights, thats the place to go. You can learn a TON at a place like Ryan over a regional or even a major any day. Thats where the real dispatching is with air carriers like these.Looks like Ryan is looking, anyone know what qol and starting pay is there?

Interesting Wiki post, Guns. I did not know they had upgraded to 736's. More intriquing is that all the aircraft are registered to the USAF.
The high turn over might be due to the limited number of destinations. Could get boring, but definite bragging rights for dispatching into Area 51 and Edwards at a "civilian" airline.
Looks like Ryan is looking, anyone know what qol and starting pay is there?
Doesn't mention any need for ETOPS or international experience
