Could have happened to anyone really. Land, slow, clear the active without looking where you are turning.

We actually landed 4L as Delta landed 4R. We cleared and then looked back and noticed Delta stuck behind the RJ. We taxiid to the gate, deplaned, got a quick bite to eat, boarded and then pushed with an ETT and Delta was finally being pushed back with a tug. Frickin' hysterical.

Sometimes those RJ's can disappear under the windshield wiper blade where a guy can't see them.
