Heard a good rumor from multiple sources of an October 6 class 40+....

I can tell ya there are several of us from the last open house still waiting on a phone call for an interview. At least, that's the way they made it sound. They said numerous times that if we didn't get a call in the first round of hiring to keep updating our stuff and hang tight. At least, that's the glimmer of hope I'm hanging on to.....

They might tell everybody that...about 5 years ago i did a job fair and talked to JB...knew a bunch of people there...got the same line as you. Eventually (8-10 months later) got the call for the interview and went to class. They made it seems like it would happen alot sooner than it did (they were hiring most of those 8-10 months). What they say might be true, just not timely. Hope this helps in some way.

Don't lose hope man, I got that line as well in fall 07'. I just got lucky and was called very soon after the open house.

Heard the same about the oct. 6th class.

New numbers from the third horses mouth 200-250 next year and the 80-100 the remainder of this year..

Oct 6 and 15th classes should be it through the end of the year as the recurrents really heat up in nov and dec

Thanks for the update... who is the the third horses mouth, out of curiosity? Any idea when calls are going out for the respective classes? Will they exhaust the current pool (from june interviews) for the october classes?

From the numbers I heard, it's not going to TOTALLY exhaust the pool (assuming everyone that made it to Phase II makes it through and into the pool), but it'll probably put them within 15-20 people of doing so. AFAIK, there wasn't anyone already in the pool when they did the Sept class. If there was, my numbers are off, and I've got no clue.

'Course this is all third or fourth hand knowledge coming from a buddy that made it to Phase II. I'm still staring at the phone hoping it'll magically ring for an interview....

Haha!!! No, was just in recurrent and all the chiefs were there for something..........we had a "special" pizza night with them. Pretty much useless intel, except for the hiring stuff.
