What a waste of 2% of your income....

That 2% will return almost 8% in COLA (which is now non-existant), actual peer average parity (which changes every time someone looks at who's making what), and 401K/B-plan increases. That's a 400% return on investment. I'll take it. You can have your crumbs.

Dude, if that's your most convincing arguement, good luck preventing the union. But I'll be sure that you get the same benefits of a CBA that we are all entitled to, even if you personally don't deserve them.

First you need to negotiate a CBA before you can make such a bold statement. Any historical data or research you like to share on this subject?
