You should be able to just go in with your login or password or whatever they have now and update what needs to be updated. It's a little different than when I did it but it's pretty self-explanatory as I recall.
Man, I hate to act stupid here, but I am totally ignorant on that one. If you have a way to email the company rep try that. If you don't then send me as much info as possible on exactly what you are experiencing to [email protected] and I will pass it along to the right folks. Hope that will help.
One more thing, I am assuming you transferred over to the new system a few months back. Everyone had to go in and reinput when they changed over.
