jetBlue - How to update?

Sorry if this has been covered before, but I just added a new type rating and would like to know the process for updating my stuff at jetBlue. Thanks.

You should be able to just go in with your login or password or whatever they have now and update what needs to be updated. It's a little different than when I did it but it's pretty self-explanatory as I recall.

It looks like there is a different link to log in with an internal rec. Does that become available after an employee submits a rec?

Man, I hate to act stupid here, but I am totally ignorant on that one. If you have a way to email the company rep try that. If you don't then send me as much info as possible on exactly what you are experiencing to [email protected] and I will pass it along to the right folks. Hope that will help.

One more thing, I am assuming you transferred over to the new system a few months back. Everyone had to go in and reinput when they changed over.
