I believe 1 or 2 new hires per class are getting it right out of class recently. As was said above thats as long as you hold 320 out of the gate. Your age in new hire class is very dependent on this.

Unscientificly, I looked at the bottom of the list. Hiring guys with birthdays from 1958-1988.

Pretty much covers the spread.
