That's right. No speculating allowed on this board.
I'm guessing since it was blue bayou posting, he has heard more then "speculation".

Yes he was!
"This ain't no expletive airline, it's scheduled charter...organized confusion."
Because it's a load more comfortable and better than the 737?I meant originally. 12 years ago. At start up.

I meant as opposed to the A330. Come on, get with it.
So you are asking why 12 yrs ago JetBlue didn't order A330s as a startup carrier?
Don't be so pessimistic. Of course you will have opportunities to fly the 787 - at the restructured American Airlines after they acquire JB! Keep the faith brothers... Unfortunately you will have to fly a junky MD83 first...
Only for the top 50% as your PEA clearly states the bottom half will not be around.
Its only the top 300 or so guys that would see it in the next 15 years anyway, so who the F@#k cares. Once again again a two-tiered society here at the Bluejet.
What is a fair integration anyway? What makes you think we deserve one? You always say this isn't a career airline, we have no benefits, no retirements, no career advancement...
So, I have to assume you don't think we deserve a "fair" integration anyway.
What I, you, or anyone else think is fair is irrelevant.
You get what you negotiate, PERIOD! It costs money to hire legal teams to negotiate. It takes experience to negotiate the process. We have neither. We will get what we are told. Thats reality. Could it work out, sure. Could M/B work for us, possibly. I just don't believe the management at this company will do anything other than what our PEA states and what the PEA states does not bode well for the bottom 50%.

Career airline is different for everyone I guess. As for the rest you get what you negotiate not what you deserve.Getting what we are told is all we deserve since this is not a career airline, we have no benefits, no retirements, no career advancement...
Right?
If you think for a second this management team will do anything to protect the jobs of this pilot group outside of what is specified in the PEA you are delusional. You are correct in stating whatever is cost-effective is what will be done and fighting for a fair integration for our jobs will not be cost effective particularly with what is stated in the PEA.
Read 15A, C, contract law vs NMB/RLA/CBA, STS.
There are no pig tails. You signed your rights away. Jetblue will simply look you in the eye and tell you they are abiding by YOUR PEA.
