Im not that up on the law but I cant think of any instances. Do you have an exaple?

Certainly letting employees know the companies intentions with regard to its stake in another carrier (SWA/ATA) would not violate any laws.

Im sure you are correct, but a basic "this is what we're doing and why" is not illegal and goes a long way. That is unless the company is doing something the that might bee seen as detrimental to the employee group.

And im not insinuating (sp?) that JB mgmt is trying to cover anything up.
