...even if it happened, what happens to the 190 pilot's contract (requiring a minimum of 70 hour pay per month)? Goes away

If acquired by a pilot group with a CBA and SLI - yes the PEA goes away.

If not, the 70 min myth would not be triggered and is precisely why the PVC wanted "downturn in business" trigger language removed.

Profit margins increasing is not a downturn in business!

Jetblue pilots have no clue regarding the implications or the exact wording of the myths they have bought hook line and sinker and these same pilots are not shy in the bold display of their ignorance.

Bottom line these former jetblue pilots would have zero contractual leverage and would have to take what was ever offered to them. Which would very little IMO.

You bought the DR now suffer the consequences.

Jetblew has been aggressive in getting pilots to accept lame fragmentation language that allows anything less than 30% ASMs. The PEA locks it in.

190s are less than 30% ASMs and growing with the addition of 321s.

Speculation is that jetblew is pitching fragmentation of the entire 190 fleet WITH the pilots in any sale to an interested buyer.

For instance: SWA buys jetblew for obvious reasons and spins the costly 190s into a feeder. Maybe a sale to some eager regional vulture. Offer the 190 pilots preferential interviews.

Scope: Another WORST IN THE INDUSTRY benefit at jetblew to go along with health care, retirement, and work rules.

Southwest is going to buy JB. They will keep the Airbus and sell all the 190's to Delta. All 190 pilots will go to Delta and get integrated in based on DOH. See what I did there line pilot. Making stuff up with absolutely no facts to back up your position makes you sound ignorant.

Pot, meet kettle.

The 70 hour pot of gold at the end of your rainbow is triggered by a downturn in business. How is fragmenting the 190 a downturn in business when profits are climbing?
