ETOPS--Don't sweat it. I had an app on file for three years with over 10,000 hours and 3,000 PIC in turbojets over 100,000 lbs. and didn't get a call while they were hiring my former FO's.

I finally got the call a couple of months ago when they realized they would need captains on the 190...

Sorry, Blue'rs the whole cult thing is starting to creep some of us out a little.TC

Maybe if you changed that single finger avatar???

Good attitude Man....

And if you think that the JB folks that make the hiring decisions don't frequent this (and other) websites.............think again.....

C yaaaaa;)

Thanks for the advice. I'll be sure to change my avatar on an anonymous message board in hopes of increasing my chances of getting hired.

Can't read?

FrontierZero, read my info, I'm the captain. And I take pride in having a clean airplane for our customers. What do you take pride in??

If you chose to read my post you would see that I do my pilot duties first then walk through the cabin and make sure it is reasonably neat and clean.
I've done this for every passenger aircraft I've flown. I'm not a slob and am not adverse to helping with picking up the cabin.

I must have missed the spot on the JB application for where we are supposed to enter our Flightinfo handle.

i don't know these days...as transparent as the internet is i don't think it is safe to assume anonymity anywhere on the net!

makes you think twice about billpay, credit card #'s etc!

Happy now?

So what is the KEY to get an interview??? unfortunately, i do know anyone at JB for LOR.

It's a matter of luck sometimes. I don't credit my experience or LORs for getting an interview, but rather the computer finally decided to give me a shot at it.

It was a 2 1/2 year wait for me.
