Is this what we have to look forward to when everyone starts outsourcing maintenance to El Salvador like Jet Blue has been doing for years now?

Always takes an incident like this to open eyes...

PS...turn on the tv to msn or some other news network to see the latest. It's 0021UTC right now....so maybe it's over

Still on right now. They are talking to Al Haynes at 30 past.

Idiots. The pax can see all this on their seatback tvs. I bet they are scared sh+tless.

My prediction: a non-event. All will survive.

This is nothing. Leave it to the media to scare the crap out of everyone. We all know this will end up being a minor incident. Worst case, the nose geal collapses, the pax will be scared $hitless, evacuate, go home and eat dinner.
