So, how long will it take to get the first CBA?
I'm guessing 2.5-4 years.

Honestly, I feel sorry for you and your family.

Well, we certainly tried it YOUR way for last twelve years so you SHOULD feel sorry for me and my family.
Negotiations will start around July. The company will stall and delay for 2.5 years. This is when our three year PEA's will expire. Once this happens every pilot on property will be tired of the stalling. Pay rates will be going up at all carriers. Every carrier will be hiring. A drastic slowdown will happen and magically a CBA will be signed so JB can stop the heavy bleeding. So I guess 3 years and 5 months from today.
I'm guessing 2.5-4 years.
I'm guessing attrition and lack of quality new hires will force improvements and the stability of a CBA before we reach that point.

So it will be Status Quo for the 2.5-4 years?
Not sure, maybe a pay rate MOU in a few years if things get really bad.
If things get bad why should we bail them out with a payrate mou. If that much pressure is on from outside sources than make them cave on a whole contract. Payrate mou would just give them more time to delay all the other sections.

There is a reason the senior guys at JB are known as the "horrible hundred". JB has the greediest senior guys I have ever seen.
I thought they were called that because they suck and no one else would hire them.![]()
