Not sure, maybe a pay rate MOU in a few years if things get really bad.
If things get bad why should we bail them out with a payrate mou. If that much pressure is on from outside sources than make them cave on a whole contract. Payrate mou would just give them more time to delay all the other sections.

There is a reason the senior guys at JB are known as the "horrible hundred". JB has the greediest senior guys I have ever seen.
I thought they were called that because they suck and no one else would hire them.
