JB app window open

Hi all, filled out the online portion well over a month ago and have been updating. Resume, cover-letter, rec. letters attached, however application status says expired??? What up with that?

I believe you have to re-update/resubmit each time the app window is open. Once the window closes it automatically treats it as expired. If I am wrong someone can correct me, but I believe that is how it currently works. Good luck.
