No clue man. Delta makes Pax walk from terminal 1 to the MAT in LGA. Seems to work out for them.

Are you kidding? The East Loop and/or the Route A bus takes them. There IS not way to walk between the two. In fact, it's impossible to purchase a connection through the MAT on "regular" delta.com. If you want to purchase two tickets, you can...but that's on you.

Ed Barns was allowed to quit JB because of the 3A decision handed down by the courts earlier this week. That's why the CFO at Jb is gone.

Can anyone give a quick N dirty of what the 3A case was about?

My understanding is the company gave pay raises in 2007 and 2009 to one seat/equip that wasnt proportionate to the raises given to other seats/equip, and therefore violates our PEA. Right? Winning this case means those pilots affected stand to gain some good backpay, but going forward does it mean the payscales need to be changed (per the courts)?

Thanks for the explanations. Im a noob and this is stuff I should already know.

Guessing that the economic liability of 3A is rather large.
