I was just wondering, are any airlines back to PFT yet? And I mean PFT in the original form, Pay the Airline or FSI for training and get offered a job as long as you pass training? I am not referring to the Gulfstream Airlines type of thing where you buy 250 hours of time.
It's like buying the lates issue of Flying magazine and seeing articles like "Finally the truth about icing" or "Secrets about getting your instrument rating."
ASA program has started again at FlightSafety. Pay 25 grand and get in the right seat with 300 or so hours...This is a fact, there are 70 people on the list to be interviewed right now, they have taken about 10 or so people to start the 4-5 month course.
Now a pay for your captains respect program, you may have to wait a few thousand hours for that one.
