I'd be applying to XO Jet and Citation Shares.

I have had 4 buddies of mine go to XO because they simply didn't hear from NJA in a timely way. Fine, it just proves we are behind the power curve and its going to cost us in quality F/O's.

2005 to 2007 did enough damage, people hired with a domicile choice in mind....now this!!!!!

NJA simply doesn't have its sh!t together regarding interviews and as a result we are losing some of the "cream of the crop"

If you have time to spare....NJA.....

If you need to meet the mortgage....screw NJA, go somewhere else.

Serious Question:

If the '05 contract was better than the POS, and better than the previous, doesn't that mean the quality of people hired before '05 was less than those after?

Get off your horse, Jerk.

Been waiting over 6 months for an interview, no internal rec. and now starting to believe it might be a necessity to get an interview at netJets and pretty near everywhere ellse for that matter. Things have turned in a hurry.

It would be nice if they could put up a proper "fill in the blanks" PDF application up on the website and a way to submit resume and cover letter electronically. The way they do it now is quite "1990s." It would help folks be nice and neat with the data entry and, considering the number of applicants, I think it would help the recruiters out as well by reducing the amount of paper.

Not to mention who's more dedicated to the cause.

That's what I'm talkin' bout.

But that's just how I Roll. :pimp:

how does it reduce the paper? Its still the same forms whether or not you typed it electronicly, typewriter, or just old fashioned pen to paper it. Even if they recieved it all by email, they probably then have to print it out and stick it in your file.
