the question is will it grow from mainline jets with AA painted on the tail or via RJ's run by Eagle. AMR will grow, but how?

Trying to shrink to profitability? I hope this one doesn't come true, the A300s would mean huge reductions in int'l moneymaker routes.
 
I would guess that the A300s are coming up on some very expensive heavy checks and they've reached the end of their economic life.
 
Hey, I know where AMR can get some 180-ETOPS 757s.

Oh, that's right, nevermind.
