Any idea what the cost of installing external antennas is? How long it takes?

Hard to say. It's all about access and running the coax. We're simply replacing an obsolete antenna that is already installed, and utilizing the existing coax, so for us, just the cost of the antenna and a few hours to put the coax where we want it.

A new install could get pricey if not done durning an inspection where you would have the headliner already out.

The antenna is about 800 bucks depending on which one you go with.

When we operated a Hawker 800XP, I was asked if I was interested in getting an XM antenna installed while we were down for the 48 month (big) inspection. The interior was mostly out, but it still was quoted at $7,000 to do the install.

Hilton emailed me a couple of days ago and indicated release is possible in the next few weeks or by September.
