I agree. Many pilots that start early get weeded out thru BK and other failures. They just find non pilot jobs. Or they have a mid life career change and start flying in thier 30s-40s.

To find a pilot that got on in his late 20's or early 30's and went thru to 60 is fewer than many think.

Got to have plan B. Maybe a side business....like consulting?;)
