If you work 7 days, you get at least 4 days off. A tour of 6 days or less requires at least 3 days off. Maximum work days in a month is 18.

Thanks I saw that but was confused. Do they normally work you 18 days a month or does it vary?

I have heard from guys on the current "flex" schedule (which is similar to the "reserve" schedule in the TA) that they are working close to if not up to the limit. Apparently it can vary a bit by fleet, too, as to much of the reserve days are actually worked.

Your mileage may vary, I suppose, is the way to sum it up.

I do...Im pushin that 2500tt which I realize is only the minimum...but I have several friends on the inside that with their help Im hoping for a shot at an interview.
