The "small car" fact is comparable to the "small watch" concept amongst us pilots...

happy karma!

I got a pick up truck 'cause I haul stuff now and then.
No kids, don't need no big sedan or wagon.

Thats my story and I am stickin to it...;)

You drive a Subaru because on our salaries that's all you can afford!!:D

I drive a 15 year Civic because it 'still' gets in the high 30's MPG range. It drives just fine and is very reliable. I could care less about 'keeping up with the jonses'. There are times I wish I had truck though. Such as when I need to haul stuff...or when I am in traffic near cell phone-aholic trophy wives in SUV's...yikes!

Gotta have something to put the motocross bikes in. It looks good on the inside to, with the caked on dust from the track all over the dash and empty red bull cans all over the passenger side floor.

I'd rather keep it real than put everything I have into some snotty BMW just to troll around Snottsdale, AZ with all the other 30 grand a year millionares. There's nothing more righteous than a crappy car.

2004 Civic Si (not pimped except for the Motegi's).

Wife drives the (slightly) damaged 2002 RX300. (The 17 year old no longer drives the aforementioned Lexus...)

TWA Dude--It's only butch if you drive a Forrester. ;)

89 Volvo was a fine set of wheels until Dennis covered it in 2 feet of sea water.

Got the 4-door toyota pickup because I needed the rear seats (3 girls) and with hurricane season around here I find I spend a lot of time making Home Depot runs... The 94 Ford pickup was my dad's and has sentimental value--was the primary vehicle until it became the commuter car to replace said volvo. Here's to a Hurricane free year for the Gulf Coast next year!

Albie-- How's your health and are you back flying the Eagle?

OOOH Puzzles

Man do I need to get a life off of FI.

She lives in the North Dallas area, and I would guess her hubby works for SWA. Originally I thought AA, but thought that was "obvious".

I got the best of both worlds, a VW Passat "Sportwagon".. it's got the space of a minivan/SUV and the fuel economy of a small car... and they're super popular in Europe - don't we Gringos always try and copy 'em?

It gives them something for their daughters to "lucky" in.

After all, if you don't get them out there boinking, you'll never get them out of the house. Who wants to pay for their makeup and sandals forever?
