He couldn't have taken off his epaulets and tie in the car?
what about the guy who got married in his pinnacle uniform
Hi!
I can easily see attending in uniform. U have 1 day, so u jumpseat in and out. When I'm on the road I don't carry any dress clothes, so if I had minimum time to get to the job fair, I'd have the choice of either a pilot's uniform or jeans and a polo shirt.

This is a debate that I have heard a million times, and all I ever have to say is that I see Doctors and Nurses in uniform and scrubs all the time, and I see business men and Lawyers in Suits all the time, so get over the fact that you have to wear a uniform and be proud to represent your industry. If I have to stop by and run a arrand on the way home I am not going to change my clothes to do so. That is stupid! Now on the other hand I am not going to put on my uniform anytime that I don't have too.
I don't think so, it's not chuch, it's a place where employers look at you not compare uniforms. If you're going for a UPS delivery driver position, you're not going to show up in a Fedex uniform are you? Still this whole thing is not as bad as pilot academies and guys who wear uniforms when they are off duty, GAY!
I think it looks tacky to wear a uniform anywhere but work.

Our FOM clearly states when and where you may wear your uniform, and a job fair is not one...
