I know this does no good but I wanna point out the obvious here. You go sit a KR little Q&A and you either get a G450 type rating for it (which your seniority would never ever hold) or a Grey Shirt and a 30% bump. You speak out on Yammer against the Union and you become a Flight Safety Manager. Does anyone not see the CULTure with this management? Doh I don't and never have run down the guys that stand together a pilots pilot. But there to few from the Flex side. Netjets has the contract they have cause their a bunch of professionals and stand up guys. They have stood together and brought their management to their knees. And now their the highest paid working for the most SUCCESFUL COMPANY. We are the total opposite of that and it's frustrating. At least 80% of the options guys got it. We have our IGMs also you know who they are Global and G450 fleet
