gkrangers is right, shift 2 should bring up the radios. Some aircrft might have them set up differently. You can usually get stuff to pop up with shift 1-5. Like the radios, mag compass, throttles, overhead panel and so on. As for seeing only insturments, if you take the cursor and put it on the top of the dash, you should be able to drag the panel up and block most of what you can see outside. That is the only way I know how.
