A camera in the cockpit along with the CVR and the FDR will record everything including when you pass gas. The camera following nurses just give a wide angle view of what they are doing. It doesn't follow them around and record every word spoken and each and every breath taken.

The next proposal will be to put a camera in your bedroom and then issue you a ticket in the mail for failing to invoke foreplay before sealing the deal.

I think that drug tests for everybody getting a gov't check from welfare to the president should be enacted before we allow video in the flightdeck.
